Shipping

We want getting pet essentials to your door to feel as easy as a belly rub. Most orders leave our warehouse within one business day, and you will get tracking details the moment your box is on its way.

Domestic shipping

Orders within the United States ship from our fulfillment center in Ohio. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for time-sensitive treats, flea prevention, and other must-haves.

• Free standard shipping on orders over $49 (lower 48 states)
• Flat rate $5.95 for orders under $49
• Express shipping from $12.95, calculated at checkout
• PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses welcome — delivery may take an extra day or two

Perishable items (fresh food, frozen toppers) ship Monday through Wednesday with insulated packaging so they arrive fresh. We do not ship perishables over weekends or holidays.

Worldwide shipping

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select countries in the EU. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Canada: 5–10 business days via standard courier
• UK and EU: 7–14 business days
• Australia and New Zealand: 10–18 business days

Some products cannot be shipped internationally due to customs restrictions — including certain supplements, raw food, and aerosol grooming sprays. If an item in your cart is unavailable for your country, we will let you know before you complete checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Returns

Not the right fit? No worries — we keep returns simple.

• 30-day return window on unused, unopened items in original packaging
• Free return shipping on domestic orders — contact us for a prepaid label
• Opened food and treats cannot be returned for safety reasons, but if something arrived damaged or expired, we will replace it or refund you in full
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return
